This one works; the forked-from is broken.
Needs i2c working, which is
/dev/sdb1/CONFIG/modules/rpi-i2c.conf with content i2c-dev
/dev/sdb1/config.txt with two lines
dtparam=i2c_vc=on
dtparam=i2c_arm=on
The actual hat works well (Waveshare PoE B), but the fan.. yeah, well, don't have it nearby.
